Is there a setup fee for the ERP platform?

Implementation is quoted per engagement based on your scope, modules and migration needs. We provide a detailed implementation plan and fixed price after the discovery call.

Can I cancel or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month after the initial implementation phase. Downgrade, upgrade or cancel with 30 days notice.

Is my data really mine?

Completely. Full database export on demand, anytime. No lock-in clauses.

How long does ERP implementation take?

Typical implementations go live in 6-10 weeks. Larger, multi-entity rollouts can take 3-6 months.

Do you supply POS hardware?

Yes — we can source a full hardware bundle (terminals, printers, scanners, drawers, payment readers) sized to your business, or you can supply your own existing hardware.

Can I bundle ERP, POS, marketing, and e-commerce?
